I, for one, am rather tired of the sanctification of certain figures as impervious to interrogation--see the incredibly vicious responses to anyone discussing Hume or Kant's racism. We should question everything! But *everything*, though, without swaddling certain figures in cloaks of innocence they themselves never asked for.
