I needed a new wheel for my garden trailer plus some stuff to service my daughter's car. I drove 30 mins to the shops & realised I'd left my wallet at home.

Going home to get my wallet would waste an hour & a fair bit of diesel.

I went through the apps on my phone. None of my credit cards are in my phone & Aqua lost their Dolphin card

I had Bitrefil installed. Searched for gift cards & found both stores had them available. Yipee

At the auto shop it was quiet so I explained to the guy that I'd forgotten my wallet & needed to buy a gift card. He was chill as I added the voucher to my cart & paid for it with lightning. No problems with either stores.

Bitcoin got me out of a pickle. 🤙
