I smoked until my throat hurt today, punishing myself for falling off the wagon.
So back to square 1 if I ever try to quit again: weight gain, weeks of irritability, foggy brain = unable to work (I took basically all of September 2023 off for this shitty reason), insomnia, depression.
Fuck me.
