This ban adds parks, schools, and libraries to the locations that have a multi-block (in this case a 5-block) camping ban area. Note that there are 72 schools in the City, about 70 parks and recreation sites in the City, and several Tacoma library branches all of which provide warming and cooling options for homeless people currently (the only City provided warming and cooling centers). I believe a map will show that much of the City will be covered by this new version of the camping ban.
