OTC Desks ($OTC) on Solana. Per its docs, the launcher claims creator fees about once a minute and spends 67.5% buying tokenised stock (NVDAx, SPYx...) for each coin's holders; part of every fee buys and burns $OTC.
I re-checked it on-chain today (Sep 25): mint and freeze authority disabled, main PumpSwap LP 100% locked, dev wallet ~0%, RugCheck score 1, Jupiter verified, ~18.5k holders.
Flags: ~78% below ATH, launcher fees ~98% below the Sep 8 peak, most volume non-organic, a ~25% linked-wallet cluster on RugCheck, anonymous team.
