Archaeological evidence?
There have been a few bodies buried with weapons who were assumed to be male but on closer inspection turned out to be female. I assume that's what is meant here. But that's not evidence of prehistoric transgenderism, it's just evidence that archaeologists can make sexist assumptions as well as any other profession.
