"content": "I followed an interesting discussion on Discord last night.\n\nWould you consider fragments of code in your project generated by AI/LLMs incompatible with the GPL? Why?\n\nI’m a bit torn on that one, there’s also no clear legislation on that either.\n\nI think it’s compatible as long as the code would be written by you anyway, since you understood the algorithm/output and you are using AI just as a tool (e.g. too lazy to type).\n\n#ai #llm #claude #chatgpt #codex #vibe_coding #coding #programming",
