Would you consider fragments of code in your project generated by AI/LLMs incompatible with the GPL? Why?
I’m a bit torn on that one, there’s also no clear legislation on that either.
I think it’s compatible as long as the code would be written by you anyway, since you understood the algorithm/output and you are using AI just as a tool (e.g. too lazy to type).
