I went to my cardiologist today for my annual checkup. My blood pressure was the lowest it's ever been in their system in 12 years. I explained I'd been drinking 1-1.5 cups of beet juice a day for about a month. He was amazed with the results and suggested I continue. I've been buying a gallon from a local store but decided to buy a cold press juicer. It will save me money in the long run and I can customize my recipes. Today was a win.
