Last night was probably the worst sleep I've gotten in a long time, 24 degrees celsius in my apartment (75F) clammy heat and I don't have an AC or anything. I have a fan that really doesn't help at all. Got about 30 min of sleep before waking up feeling super hot and dizzy and just nauseous. Didn't sleep any more at all after that. Managed to get a tiny bit of sleep in the morning between 8 AM - 11 AM but it really didn't do anything to make me not feel absolutely awful right now.
