Need some #retrocomputing advice please!
The Macintosh Bible, helpful technical notes, and all kinds of documentation scanned and uploaded by the Macintosh community exist.
What similar references are freely available for DOS and early Windows? Trying to learn more about autoexec.bat and DLLs and whatnot, which I have zero experience with. Search is useless and books like the "Windows 98 Bible" seem to still be costly (and in print?). Novice accessibility is a must! Any pointers appreciated!
