It’s problematic, but I don’t think it would apply re: 1A. The restriction on speech would be to the company, not the end user, since no one has a constitutional #FirstAmendment right to post on X. If Musk willingly restricts “his”/“his company’s” speech, that’s not a violation since the “violation” is against himself/his own interests, not a restriction of others’ rights.
