When I was touristing in Cairns Australia I rented a car and had to sign a 'coconut waiver' accepting responsibility for any coconut damage – because the insurance at the car rental place had a rider specifically excluding damage from parking under coconut trees.
First time at the beach I understood why: some of the trees were 20 meters tall or more.
In Florida I had to sign a 'vultures eating the windshield rubber gasket waiver'. Which is even weirder.
