I can’t imagine what my state of mind would be if Bitcoin didn’t exist.
Even such, I need to keep fiat in the legacy banking system to live, and pay bills (without complicating my tax situation).
Observing fractional reserve banking failure makes me feel like none of that fiat is safe.
