It’s the claim to “knowing” that adds fuel to the debate. The evolutionist will ask how exactly did you come to “know” the claim you are making? If the response is a faith position based on an ancient set of texts then there is a whole group of minds that will not find that good enough to qualify as an independent testable hypothesis. That crowd has a different set of criteria for trying to answer the how and why questions.
