recently i had the idea to make a very informal "book club" in berlin with a focus on visual communication/typography/layout/iconography etc where one would study and discuss some classics and new stuff on the subject and try things out and show each other tricks in inkscape etc, and explicitly queer friendly so that it wouldn't be overrun by tech bros. good or bad idea? anyone ever did something like this and has experiences to share?
