Sometimes it pays to contact the manufacturer.
Ordered an Otterbox Pro for my iPhone 17 Pro Max from Amazon. Amazon shipped but the box only had half the parts. Supposed to have the back shell, a center holder frame and a clear screen protector. The box only had the back shell.
Amazon was giving run around so I contacted Otterbox and spoke to a really nice lady. She ended up sending me a new replacement without shipping or any charges. Also sending a free holster.
She told me to just instigate a return, dont give a reason, and request a refund. Followed her directions and now its returned, getting my $80 refund and a entire new otterbox replacement for $0.
Cannot complain about that one little bit!
Some faith in humanity is restored!
