spammers dont use one pubkey, so it is better to look at IPs. it is harder for him to switch IP than pubkey.. most of rejections on my relays are based on poorly performing IP.
i have two threads for both IP and pubkey, that checks notes using LLMs on a GPU.
planning to open source some parts when i have the time..
