I use a todo list (nothing fancy) and I make a point to have it up so I can look at. The order might change but I can at least see what isn't going to get done for a while. I also like to schedule 15 to 30 minutes on my calendar for whatever project I want to get the most work done on. That way the alert goes off and I know to stop and change focus.
