Word to the wise: if you buy a very long, very thick, “future-proof” HDMI cable capable of supporting 4K 4:4:4 at 120 Hz, it’s likely it will not be able to make the bend shown here in order to connect to your Nintendo Switch dock without putting the connector under a lot of pressure at a precarious angle.
(My planned solution: a thin 1-foot-long HDMI extension cable just for my decidedly non-4K Switch.)
