Selling voting rights is fraudulent for inalienable rights reasons. If you ignore those arguments, I disagree with your view that it violates informed consent. Voting rights are basically like voting shares when they’re alienable. You don’t necessarily need to know how many other shares someone has to be able to consent to selling your shares.
