Alright, as my bread quant, may I inquire as to what the healthiest store-bought bread I can go for now might be? We usually get that popular "power seed" bread with the buff guy on the package, I can't think of the name of it lol. And we also buy some from a guy at farmers market sometimes too. I don't see us making it regularly anytime real soon, so this seems like a good compromise. Just need it for occasional toast or sandwich.
