That is awesome Humble! Taking charge of your own health is the best gift you can give yourself these days. I hear horror stories weekly from my patients. Yesterday was a patient who has developed debilitating colitis from taking the prescribed anti-inflammatory Meloxicam. He is now on a 1x/month shot to keep it under control that is $25k per dose 🤬
