It's one of those nights huh.
Sometimes I have terrible nights, they taste like a delicate mix of self-pity and self-loathing.
No matter. Feelings and emotions come, they traverse me and go on their own ways. As long as they do not actually influence my actions and supersede reason, they can come and go as they please.
Or at least, so teaches the philosophy I try to embody.
I don't know how often I actually abide by it and how often I fail it, just like I fail at so many other things.
