There is but it's a stumb rather than full feature.
You can even post under Lemmy groups directly from Mastodon. Problem is you would either not see whole content or watch it on Lemmy instance>copy paste link>paste in your mastodon search> reply from your mastodon account.
It works but it's not same as Mastodon showing groups and messages correctly from get go.
