When people use AI to insert fake information into the data you depend on for your life, they are putting bad code in your brain. Great way to gaslight if they can modify the things that you use for your day to day life.
It's hard to even know what your brain is outsourcing! I'm trying a no-phone day. When I find myself reaching for my phone, I'll ask why.
