I start to suspect that is the case with one of the juniors, bright kid, and have both education and some workplace experience.
But now they can't even code even the simplest of things and I have released I need to map out every step of the way to the solution like ELI5.
The reason for this absence of competence ... we have no access to LLM and are forbidden to use them (due to security reasons).
So now they flops around like a fish on land and don't even know where to start the coding.
