Look who ran her first 10K! So much fun! The whole crew paced us on bikes (& took pictures!). I am so enjoying running adventures with pup. She encourages me to stop and smell the roses, to go a little slower, to run intervals at full throttle, and to be more comfortable with spontaneous course corrections (to avoid coyote scat!). Her unbridled enthusiasm that unleashes the second she sees me getting dressed to go running is contagious. So much joy!
