I've got a Fujitsu SP-1425 now (similar thing to the Fi-6770, but much cheaper and only A4) and it's acebest.

I've also got a Czur something-or-other "book scanner" - the webcam-onna-stick with lasers that supposedly measure the page curve and flatten it - and the Linux software is *awful.* Should drag a laptop out and try the Windows software at some point, I guess.
