This wonderful geography vid reminded me of where the 芦屋川 flows over the JR西日本 東海道本線（神戸線）in 芦屋市 and a bit down the line where the same thing happens to the 住吉川 in 神戸市東灘区, albeit a bit less dramatic.
Are there any other places where the bridge includes an aqueduct for a rive like this that you know of?
