There's been a recent increase in Palestinian mutual aid accounts, and increases of misreporting mutual aid as spam.

Before reporting, we suggest you check the new Gaza Verified website (https://gaza-verified.org/), created by Aral and Joy to verify Palestinian mutual aid accounts on Mastodon, and provide support with understanding Fediverse norms. This list is constantly being updated. Aral is also helping to weed out scammers and impersonators.

Continue to report accounts that breach our rules or make others unsafe, but please remember that aus.social supports mutual aid.
