I absolutely agree and having good indie music discovery is super good! I just think we also need to focus on doing it in a way that prioritizes supporting the musicians. Also we can’t insist that musicians do even *more* work to get their stuff out there, we’re already spread thin as it is and anything that involves spinning up a new instance of things or having to pay even more for hosting is going to be a non-starter for many.
