Today feels like a turning point.
I decided to bring the grandkids out to see if they want to help me or if I should hire some one else. I am happy to pay them and won't take no for an answer. They don't care about the money but I don't want to take advantage.
It's clear that my husband's needs will require more of my time for the rest of the summer.
The grandkids agreed to finish dismantling the deck. They will also take over mowing the fields.
My car left with them to be delivered to the repair shop in the morning.
Summer, her pal and I will focus on healing and strength building.
I feel good about our plan.
Glad I didn't wait longer to ask.
I showed the kids my favorite dahlias which are finally completely opened up and gorgeous.
