not too much, most services i use daily are hosted in europe
with youtube and steam gone i'd need to look for other sources of entertainment, such as my huge backlog of books and webcomics (the ones that aren't hosted on stuff like webtoons, anyway). steam would obviously suck a bit, considering how much money i've given them over the years. bandcamp would be gone too but i've downloaded all my purchases. github being gone wouldn't affect me personally but would likely cause the mother of all 0days, because so many projects would suddenly be unable to release any security updates. losing signal would be pretty inconvenient. losing rsync.net would be a bit scary until i find another place to dump my offsite backups.
other than that i'd be fine i think
