I refuse to sign any signature pads (whether or not they show what I'm signing), because there's no way to guarantee that my signature won't be transferred elsewhere. Give me either paper or (better) a PDF that I can digitally sign on my own computer, since that signature is the only one that can't be forged (assuming you don't have NSA resources).
