#WordWeavers 4/9: What seemingly insignificant object in your story carries a lot of emotional weight?
Ian's plant collection (an aloe vera and a cactus) kind of makes me sad, as they're symbolic of having a home and community, as well as his personality issues, and even though he pretends to be the kind of person who can't keep plants alive, he does his best with them. The fiddle also hurt me a little to write.
