"content": "I have always loved the simplicity of chickens. Caring for them, keeping them and the thrill of finding their eggs. I used to have chickens and collected eggs. They didn’t really mind I was taking them, a little shocked or perturbed momentarily but it’s always been a good experience. That is until I needed to hunt a predator that was killing my chickens. Then I was sad and angry.\n\nBut today I can share a happy story about my good friends. I don’t farm now, so my inner farmer lives vicariously through my good friend who gave us some eggs today. Check out the Banty Shanty and the Poultry Palace. So much fun just spending time with them today.
