Going down various internet lagomorph holes in search of the change over the years in the concept of dropsy led to two revelations:
A. Search engines now seem to think that when you write edema you mean enema.
and
B. There is an entire corpus of human sexual behavior with which I was heretofore unacquainted.
Suffice it to say these were examples of figurative (A) and literal (B) #enshitification
