I had lunch on that train a few years ago, before the Plague, and enjoyed it. Corfe Castle has been a bit special since I read Pavane, by Keith Roberts, SF author, and later used to pass it on my long cycle training run.
Nowadays I think the companies should be filling them up with water already heated to boiling by wind/fission/solar/etc power.
