So work is promoting the sunflower lanyards to flag hidden disabilities, but I'm feeling a bit weird about wearing one myself because imposter syndrome and years of pre-ADHD diagnosis conditioning.
BUT, I do like to take knitting to some listen-heavy internal meetings as a focus aide, so I was thinking of making a sunflower project bag instead to signal that this is an accommodation, not just sneaky bonus craft time.
