Basically, what’s happening is that people use Bitcoin for saving and Monero for spending.
And maximalist Bitcoiners only save in Bitcoin and don’t spend it.
You can see this pattern over and over again on any website that accepts both currencies and Lightning: Monero takes the entire market.
Reality is what it is, and you can’t change it—so you might as well accept reality and try to solve the problem.
It’s funny how some people accuse me of siding with Monero when the reality is that I’ve got all my eggs in the Bitcoin basket.
But humans are biased, and few are capable of criticizing themselves and what they support.
I have that ability, and I don’t expect you to understand it.
