Reality: The truth is that the US Constitution not only grants, but requires, that the President's core responsibility is to "faithfully execute the laws." And Federal law absolutely requires that those who vote in Federal elections must be US Citizens.
And those facts are well-known to any lawyer, to say nothing of a Federal judge.
