According to my CPAP app I had 10.5 hours usage. That would include the nap I had first. Still feeling slightly drained but getting better every day.
Today I am going to my #FoodBank office early, grabbing #Coffee there.
Yesterday we had an excellent, informative, all-staff meeting about our plans.
This afternoon I shall be driving Arianna to her Vertigo PT appt. She is managing better, but still affected by loose crystal(s).
My daily faith & walk is in my Lord Jesus Christ.
