Today's meal is one of my all-time favorites—Chicken Adobo! 🍗❤️
Chicken Adobo is one of the most iconic and beloved dishes in the Philippines. It is made by slowly cooking chicken in a rich blend of soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, black peppercorns, and bay leaves. This simple combination creates a delicious balance of savory, tangy, and aromatic flavors that make every bite satisfying.
