Articles of Association
Founded: July 15th, 2024
ARTICLE I. NAME
The official name of this private membership association is Homestead Helpers, referred to herein also as the Association.
ARTICLE II. PURPOSE
To provide services, share knowledge, and coordinate resources between private farms, ranches, homesteads, and individuals with a goal of synergy for all involved parties.
To provide, at the discretion of its members, a mechanism where liberty minded members can exercise their inalienable rights and constitutionally protected freedoms of speech, assembly, and private sector business contemplated by the first, fourth, fifth, ninth, tenth and fourteenth Amendments to the US Constitution.
To allow the Association a platform in which to conduct all manner of private contractual business with other Associations and Association members, keeping all business in the private domain and utilizing the protections guaranteed by the US Constitution to conduct business in private.
To maintain an environment for the Association to provide all manner of information, goods, services, and activities consistent with the Association philosophy, which may be deemed beneficial to the Association and its members by the Association, as a private contractual matter and to conduct any manner of private contractual business as seen fit by the Association.
ARTICLE III. BOARD MEMBERSHIP
Homestead Helpers has two board members, the founder and co-founder, Troy (nprofile…km99) and Raven M (nprofile…smqe), respectively. They are responsible for all operations of the association, including membership, scheduling, and supporting communication channels. Disputes are handled by the board members in a timely manner, and are not subject to outside litigation, as all members and founders are protected by our US constitutional right to contract with one another. "No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; ... or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts" (US Constitution Article I, section 10)
ARTICLE IV. MEMBERSHIP
Anyone who chooses to conduct private business with the Association, is eligible for membership upon completion of an Membership Agreement form. Every potential member is required to sign this contract, demonstrating they understand that Homestead Helpers is a private membership organization, that we are non-statutory, and disputes are handled in-house in an ethical manner and are not subject to litigation. Membership commences after the approval of a signed Membership Agreement form by the board members.
Membership information is private and is not subject to any town/city, county, state, or federal scrutiny, as is supported by the founding documents of the United States of America.
The Association currently does not collect any dues.
An individual may be denied membership or have their membership revoked if they have committed a gross infraction inconsistent with the purpose of the Association. This would be ultimately determined by the board members, and would be effective immediately after a written or verbal notice is provided to the offending member.
Membership in the Association is terminated whenever the Member is in violation of an approved member contract.
Any Member may resign by filing a written resignation with a board member.
Any resignation, or termination, shall not relieve the resigning Member of the obligations from contracts they have entered, or to pay any assessments, or other charges theretofore accrued and unpaid.
ARTICLE V. AMENDMENTS
The board reserves the right to amend this document at any time and changes must be agreed upon by the founder and co-founder.
Any such amendment of significance to members will be promptly notified to all members.
ARTICLE XII. AUTHORITY AND CAPACITY
Authority for establishing the Association derives exclusively from the absolute, inherent, unalienable right of the undersigned founders, and of each individual member of the unincorporated Association. No member of the Association may, under any circumstances, nor for any reason, abrogate the terms of said binding, absolute, inviolable contract. Neither do any other parties, beings, entities, governments, corporations sole, corporations aggregate, nor any legal persons of any kind whatsoever, possess ethical and lawful authority for interfering in the relationship between the Association and any member of Association that is signified by this declaration, in accord with the prohibition against impairing the obligation of contracts. This is to certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of the bylaws of the Association named in the title thereto and these bylaws were duly adopted by the founders of said Association this 25th day of April, 2025.
