I think this answers a bit of what I've mentioned previously.
Perhaps it's as simple as an underwhelming feel of the build materials being the main reason I've seen build quality grumbles. When people can spend similar money on a MacBook or XPS.
I liked the idea of the different screen ratio at first but now I'm wondering... Is all the software I use now so heavily optimised for wide-screen that it will be a downside...
