Attended a customer day for Dutch local governments. Data sovereignty was definitely a "top of mind" topic, but nobody had concrete plans to take their data off US-owned cloud services at the moment -- it's all at the stage of taking stock. Projects that are already underway to move infrastructure to US-owned cloud services are being continued.
