zweiter Blockli Cup

Blockli correspondence, round robin. Players are seeded by their rating at registration close; equal ratings by who signed up first. Players report results and the other side accepts them. The matches are unrated: no ladder was open when the tournament was published, so they are casual for its whole run. Tournament matches never mine season blocks. The prize pool is booked for this tournament alone. Prize split: place 1 60 %, place 2 30 %, place 3 10 % of what this tournament's pot received in the league wallet, zaps to this event included, paid from it after 1 % (at least 10 sats) is held back for routing fees; tied places share their percentages, a team's share is split equally among its roster, sats are rounded down and the rest stays with the league.
