I went to the store to pick up two items. Even though they had both in stock, I only purchased one. Why? Because the second was locked in a cabinet.

I understand locking high value items like video games or electronics, and age restricted items like alcohol, but I’ll be damned if I’m going to wait around for an overworked and underpaid staff member to come unlock the cabinet for laundry detergent.

Which corporate suit thought that was a good idea?
