Who we should really take to account are the devs, influencers and businesses in the space who cashing in on quantum FUD or just bending a cowardly knee to it. That's who is doing the most damage and it's a lot less defensible.

I understand cutting an optional PQ build so you can get your product across the regulatory moat (which I am doing too) but you can check those compliance boxes for FIPs or whatever without feeding the FUD or betraying the promise of ECC.
