for the love of lain people need to stop talking about abstract terms like "metadata", "private", or "secure" and start thinking about what *specific kinds of information* a protocol actually leaks and what concrete attacks may be possible with that information
the level of vagueness privacy influencers, and by extension most people that are interested in privacy (since very few of them actually bother doing any actual research), talk with is outright *dangerous*, a youtube video about a blog post cannot replace *reading a specification*
